- External sensors are easy to install DIY - simply replace the existing valve cap on your wheel with the sensor. Internal sensors require a professional installation but have the advantage of significantly longer battery life.
- Turn on the display and mount it on the dashboard with the included velcro/sticker and you’re ready to roll.
- Please put the display near an airvent and your car's A pillar. If it's a hot Australian summer day and the vehicle will be left unattended, please place the display monitor in the glove box. This is because the temperature inside your car in summer can soar past 100 degrees. While we use top notch screens, no LCD currently on the market can withstand temperatures above 85 degrees. As a general rule, if you’re in the car, your display will be safe - air conditioning and airflow help keep temperatures within a comfortable range for the LCD.

I have been using them for a few years with internal sensors but after not using my camper for a couple of years and when I brought new tyres on my set of wheels with the internal sensors. I am not able to pair to my internal sensors finding the process impossible. I did contact Promate and they were helpful but they requested photos of screen shots of the display, As I was running out of time I decided to buy a new kit of external with a new display. As I still had two original external sensor on my spare wheels I have now set up a display unit with the the 4 external sensors and my old display with the two spare wheels showing.
I have always found Promata good to deal with and and their delivery very quick.
Disappointed that there was no usb cable supplied in the kit.

Our TPMS monitor is solar powered. In rare cases when charging is needed (if it goes for a long time without sunglight) it uses a standard micro-USB cable, which many customers have. We chose not to include one to help reduce unnecessary environmental waste and keep price we charge down.

I bought this to test a product and brand I hadn't heard of before, so only bought a 4-sensor external system for the highway wheels on my 4WD. Fitment of the sensors was easy and placement of the display was also straightforward as it isn't too big. Unfortunately the sticky pad was missing from the kit, but I had some good quality double-sided foam tape at home anyway. Setup was likewise simple, with the display already showing my preferred units of psi. Have only given the system a little road use but everything seems good so far. If it continues to work well, I'll get a set of internal sensors for my off-road wheels.

Very easy to setup and adjust settings
