- Stay Safe & Prevent Breakdowns - See your tyre pressure and temperature in real time. Spot slow leaks, overheating & pressure loss before they turn into blowouts.
- Save Time & Extend Tyre Life - Eliminate manual checks & inflate only when needed. Properly inflated tyres last longer - saving you money in replacement.
- Seamless Trailer Hook-Up - Instantly connects your trailer sensors when they get in range for a hassle free experience.
After talking to countless 4WD and trailer owners who’ve tackled mud tracks, river crossings and outback heat, we’ve specifically engineered our system to handle it all. Unlike generic imports, every Promata TPMS comes designed for harsh Australian conditions.
The Mata 2 display supports solar or cable charging and is fully certified to Australian standards.

Installation & Care
Installation & Care
- External sensors are easy to install DIY - simply replace the existing valve cap on your wheel with the sensor. Internal sensors require a professional installation but have the advantage of significantly longer battery life.
- Turn on the display and mount it on the dashboard with the included velcro/sticker and you’re ready to roll.
- Please put the display near an airvent and your car's A pillar. If it's a hot Australian summer day and the vehicle will be left unattended, please place the display monitor in the glove box. This is because the temperature inside your car in summer can soar past 100 degrees. While we use top notch screens, no LCD currently on the market can withstand temperatures above 85 degrees. As a general rule, if you’re in the car, your display will be safe - air conditioning and airflow help keep temperatures within a comfortable range for the LCD.

Always Know You're Seeing Live Data
FreshData™ ensures the display only shows new tyre pressure information at the start of every drive. It confirms you're always seeing current tyre information.
Top Notch Quality
Powered by long-lasting Japanese batteries and advanced US microchips for maximum reliability.
I have tested this for several weeks before reviewing. Don't waste your money on any other brands sold by retail Electronics & Vehicle Tech shops. Previously, I have tried other TPMS and they were very unreliable in pressure and temperature accuracy, and fresh data reliability. Promata TPMS really works, has great range to trailer wheels & spares, but also provide a booster (optional extra) if required. My only suggestion to Promata - include an entry in the manual, and on your product web site, for the "Fresh Data Mode" which provides confidence that the data you see is actually fresh data.
Wow! 🤩 Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for awarding us a five-star rating! We've just added a section on Fresh Data Mode on our product pages and future additions of the manual will have a section on this mode as well. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any more feedback or if you need anything else.
Setup was pretty easy, until one Senser decided it did not like my FL Tire. But a trip to google soon fixed it up.

Excellent worked straight out of box and easy to understand instruction's
Many thanks for your review and glad to know that you had a wonderful experience with us. If there’s anything we can do to make your next visit even better, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Great company to deal with, the service is awesome, and the price is very competitive. Although I am yet to try them on the van, I have them installed on the car, and they work great, so easy to set up. I am interested to see how they go on the van without a booster.
Wow! Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for awarding us a five-star rating! We’re thrilled to hear about your fantastic experience and we're honoured to have the opportunity to serve you.
Unit works well, but the display screen is very reflective and is not easy to read in daylight. Put the sunnies on and the display is not readable
Thanks for letting us know Henk. We understand the negative LCD display of the Mata 2 can be difficult to read in daylight (it's generally better for night time driving) and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The Mata 1 positive LCD however, should have no issues.
